Second World medal for Yemi Mary John in Cali

Individual World U/20 Champion Yemi Mary John led off the GB & N.I. 4x400m team that finished in 3rd in the women's 4x400m in the World Junior Championships in Cali, Colombia. Yemi Mary added bronze to her individual gold medal. Also in Cali was Medwin Odamtten where, in the 4x100m heats, Medwin was on the 2nd leg for the GB team , but unfortunately the GB athlete on the 3rd leg went off about 5m early and the baton didn't get round.
