We work closely with England Athletics and qualified coaches to ensure you or your child is offered expert guidance.
Our training sessions take place at Ashton Playing Fields and sessions are tailored to mixed ability. We have had a number of people join us from marathon and half-marathon backgrounds, looking to add some pace to their training.
Warm up is prior to 7pm and is left up to the individual.
We do repetition runs based on time - typically between 90 seconds and 5 minutes, with recoveries of around 2 minutes to regroup. The total time run hard usually adds up to about 25-26 minutes.
