Olympic News from Rio

Representing GB & NI, sisters Tiffany Porter and Cindy Ofili today both qualified by right for tomorrow's semi-finals of the women's 100mH. Cindy won the 3rd heat in 12.75 secs (+0.9) and Tiffany placed 2nd in the 4th heat with 12.87 secs (-0.1). In the men's triple jump, and representing Nigeria, Tosin Oke who placed 7th in the final at London 2012, did not qualify for the final this time, reaching 16.47m (-0.2) in the qualifying round. Also representing Nigeria, Olu Olamigoke cleared 16.10m (+0.3) but he too did not progress further.
