Along with a large number of personal bests and first attempts at a variety of events, there were some noteworthy standards achieved despite the cold and initially damp conditions. U15B Lucas Negroni recorded PBs of 12.08 and 38.94 in the 100m and 300m respectively. U17M Jos Farquharson won his corresponding events in 11.39 and 37.34. U17W Kyesha Robinson eased to a dominant 42.60 in the 300m. On the field U15G hammer thrower Andrea Golban claimed victory in her lesser throws events, including 20.53 DT and 8.59SP. U15B Joseph Geller confirmed the improvement he has shown indoors with an easy 600m win in 1:33.55.
