World Masters Championships

Another Woodford athlete to take a title last week was Ayamba Akim who took the World Masters W40 high jump title in Lyon, France with 1.67m. The photo shows Ayamba during her gold-winning performance.

Bernadine Pritchett just missed out on a W45 medal over 1500m as she placed 4th with 4m53.77 secs.

And in the M45 triple jump, Keith Newton was 6th with 12.44m (-0.2) having qualified with 12.75m (0.0).
