Good results in Armagh International 5km
There were good performances from the four Woodford athletes who travelled to Northern Ireland for the annual international Armagh 5km road race. First Woodford man home was Scottish 1500m champion Ben Potrykus who clocked 14m02 secs in 22nd, international steeplechaser Phil Norman was next in 33rd with 14m13 secs, Joel Doye was 116th with 14m53 and Oliver Bushdari 123rd in 14m55secs. The team placing based on total times of the four scorers saw Woodford finish 4th, behind Central AC of Glasgow, Leeds and Morpeth.
