Decathlon P.B. for Howard Bell

Competing in Naxos, Greece during last week, Howard Bell showed he is in fine form with a significant p.b. in the decathlon as he scored 7470 points which included 6 individual p.b.s His marks were 100m 11.33 secs, LJ 7.30m p.b,. SP 14.36m p.b., HJ 1.94m, 100m 50.40 secs p.b., 110mH 15.10 secs p.b., DT 38.33m, PV 4.30m, JT 53.84m, 1500m 4m41.05 secs. Howard's score ranks him 55 on the UK all-time lists, 2 points behind Woodford's Anthony Sawyer with amongst Woodford athletes only Olympians David Bigham (11th) and Daniel Awde (6th) ahead on those all-time lists.
