U/13 Boy's & Girls shine their way to medals

WGEL took 2 teams to the yearly Essex relays which are held at Southend Athletic Club. On a very pleasant day both teams, although not their usual quartet due to holidays, performed very well in claiming a silver (U/13 Boys) and a bronze U/13 Girls). They definitely proved that getting involved and being inspired, whether they have competed for WGEL all year or just newcomers, really pays off. WELL DONE to both teams.
