Athletes of all standards are invited to join this all inclusive club.
We compete at the highest level of club competition and so welcome athletes wishing to gain high quality competition to join us.
We are happy to receieve athletes from 11 years up to attend our various training sessions at Ashton Athletic Centre and to enjoy the facilities of our clubhouse.
You are not required to sign up in the first place but to sample the club before deciding to join. It is obviously necessary to join before being able to compete for the club but there are open graded meetings throughout the year where non members can take part in events suited to their standard.
It is suggested that you come down to the club on a Tuesday evening and introduce yourself to one of the officials.
For seniors ask for Terry McCarthy, John Salisbury or Ken Bray.
For young athletes ask for Graham Foy, Alistair Holford or Jan Holst.
How to get to Ashton
Central line Woodford Station and walk (600m.) down Snakes Lane East.
Bus numbers 275 & W14 pass the gate. Get off at Ashton Playing Fields stop. By car the track is where the M11 crosses over the Chigwell Road. Map
