There were South of England Indoor titles at Lee Valley over the weekend for Nick Leavey, Thalosang Thsireletso and HCA member Dan Gardner.

Former 400m international Nick Leavey, who in recent years has been troubled by injury showed good form as he comfortably won the 200m title in a time of 22.14 secs. Thalosang Thsireletso won the triple jump with a leap of 15.27m. Dan Gardner cleared 5.10m in the Pole Vault for the 2nd time this season to take the Southern title. Over 800m there was a silver medal for another HCA member, Chloe Bradley who recorded 2m10.56 secs, whilst in the men's event Paul Scanlan placed 4th with 1m57.09 secs after a 1m56.28 secs heat. In the women's heats Anna Clark recorded 2m16.19 secs, and in the women's triple jump Chanel Hemmings placed 4th with 11.21m In the U/20 men's 60m heats Jos Farquharson recorded 7.30 secs, and later 23.48 secs in the 200m heats. 

Also indoors at the Midland Counties Open at Birmingham, Tosin Oke was 2nd in the triple jump with 16.40m
